For practitioners
Bloodwork software for Australian naturopaths and functional practitioners
Turn Australian pathology results into clear functional patterns and clinic-branded reports that show laboratory, guideline and optimal ranges side by side — reviewed and signed by a physician, then shared with your client under signed terms.
Who it is for
Bloodwork Studio is built for naturopaths, nutritionists and other practitioners in Australia who work with functional and optimal ranges and want a clearer way to present pathology results to their clients. It is a practitioner-only workspace: clients do not upload or interpret their own results here, and they only see a report once it has been signed and shared with them.
Practitioners are responsible for their own qualifications and registration, and for all clinical decisions made using the software, as set out in our Terms. Bloodwork Studio does not verify practitioner registration.
The workflow
Every report follows the same three steps, so nothing reaches a client without review.
1. Read the source report
Upload pathology results with the client's consent on file. Extracted markers stay traceable to the original report.
2. Review functional patterns
Compare laboratory, guideline and optimal ranges, identify wellness priorities and inspect client history in one place.
3. Sign and share
A physician reviews and signs the report, then a secure link lets the client accept the terms and view the signed report.
Three-layer results with named sources
Functional practice often compares results against narrower optimal ranges, while the laboratory's reference range and published guideline thresholds remain the clinical baseline. Bloodwork Studio shows all three layers for each marker — laboratory range, guideline threshold and optimal range — with the source of every status kept clear, so neither you nor your client has to guess where a label came from.
The methodology behind the report is PubMed-referenced. Optimal ranges vary between sources and are not diagnostic thresholds; our guide to optimal vs reference ranges explains the difference, and the HbA1c guide works through a single marker.
Clinic-branded reports and client history
Reports carry your clinic's logo, so what your client receives looks like it came from your practice. For each client you can see longitudinal blood-marker history across reports, keep private practitioner notes that never appear on client-facing documents, and follow every report on a status dashboard with its activity history.
Deleting a report is recoverable, so an accidental delete does not mean lost work.
Keeping history, notes and status in one place means you can prepare for a follow-up consultation by looking at how a client's markers have moved between reports, what you noted last time, and which reports are still waiting on review or have already been shared.
Signed, locked, numbered reports and revocable share links
Each report is reviewed and signed by a physician. Once signed, the report is locked and numbered; amendments create a new version rather than changing the released one, so there is always a clear record of what a client was shown and when.
Clients receive a secure, signed share link. Before viewing, they accept the terms, and you can revoke a link at any time.
What it is not
Bloodwork Studio is decision-support and educational software. It does not diagnose, and it does not recommend treatment. Every result and recommendation requires practitioner review, and anything outside a laboratory reference range should be discussed with the client's doctor.
The software is designed to make your existing clinical reasoning clearer and better documented, not to replace it. You decide what is included in a report, and the physician review step means a signed, versioned record sits behind everything a client sees.
